Elham Adabi (ESR10) recently represented STACCATO at the #ESGCT2022 with a poster presentation on Tracking CAR gene delivery with conventional and T cell-targeted lentiviral vectors by single-cell multi-omics. ESGCT congress is an annual event that brings together scientists working in the fields of gene and cell therapy from throughout Europe and beyond. This year’s edition took place in Edinburgh between 11 and 14 October and attracted more than 2000 participants. It was an excellent opportunity to disseminate the results of work performed within the STACCATO project.

And here are a few words from STACCATO’s ESR10, Elham is sharing her experience:

As an early-stage researcher, it is very important to keep updated in the field. ESGCT is the biggest European conference for cell and gene therapy and many scientists and researchers participate with so many states of the art talks and poster presentations. I believe this is a great opportunity to not only hear from many interesting projects but also socialise and meet with new people.

At this conference, I had the chance to present a poster of preliminary data from my PhD project. It was an opportunity for me to discuss my data with people in the field and I received so many valuable questions and feedback.
