Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the STACCATO check meeting with our REA Project Officer had to be held online. Despite the unique circumstances, the meeting turned out to be very successful. Our ESRs have once again shown off their high-quality presentation skills and impressed PIs and the REA Project Officer alike. The discussion about the COVID-19 impact on the project and especially the ESR training and research was fruitful and highlighted the REA’s flexibility and support in these uncertain times.
